Vic Michener

Vic Michener

Since 1985, Vic has been helping businesses across North America generate leads, increase sales and grow their businesses. A born storyteller with a BA in Journalism, Vic has a reporter’s curiosity and eye for detail. Before even beginning work on your marketing tools, he’ll dig deep to really understand what makes your company’s product or service unique and what your customers are looking for.

Vic has also edited a music video magazine, scripted the winner of the “Best Sports Documentary” Gemini Award, written numerous automotive and travel articles for Autoroute Magazine, prepared home repair and how-to articles for lumber dealers across North America, and penned a stack of song lyrics, including an award-winning theme song.

So you get a writer well-versed in the techniques of direct response and sales writing, but you also get someone who knows how to tell a story, grab a reader’s attention in two seconds, and explain the most complex ideas clearly and convincingly.

Vic is married, with three grown kids, and has lived in beautiful Meaford, Ontario since 1992 – where he still marvels at the amazing scenery and abundant cycling, skiing and sailing so close to home. He has served on the boards of the Meaford and District Chamber of Commerce, the Georgian Bay Folk Society, and Heritage Meaford.

Jocelyn Watt

Jocelyn Watt
Strategic Planner

Jocelyn graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in English Lit., she has studied MBA Marketing and Journalism at various universities, and she’s a certified educator and college instructor in marketing and advertising — all that good stuff. But after twenty years as a communications specialist and marketing consultant, where she really shines is cutting to the heart of a business project. This means getting the big-picture perspective, building relationships with key people and partners, flushing out the irrelevant, and creating a needs-based, bullet-proof action plan focused on objectives and results.

When Jocelyn’s not focusing her energy on client projects, she’s out cycling, hiking, skiing, or watching the waves off the Northern Bruce.

Graphic Designer

Soon after graduating from Graphic Design at Toronto’s George Brown College, Jenn returned to her Meaford roots, and she has spent most of her professional career working with businesses in the Southern Georgian Bay area.

A freelance designer since 1996, Jenn also served for 13 years as production manager for The Meaford Express, The Courier-Herald (Thornbury/Blue Mountains) and The Collingwood Connection — working daily on newspaper layout and directly with clients on designing their advertising.

Jenn also has first-hand experience working with printers, and she brings a solid understanding of the craft, the technology, and the language of printing.

Her passion for design extends to photography and painting, but she also spends as much time as she can outdoors: skiing, snowshoeing, biking, hiking, kayaking, canoeing and camping. Jenn is a regular volunteer at Meaford’s Apple Harvest Craft Show.
