Why a customer story’s better than a PowerPoint any day

Here’s an article that encapsulates our fundamental philosophy, and adds some science and psych to back it up. It explains how storytelling can convey complex concepts at a deeper level. Telling a customer story or a use case study can be far more powerful than a long presentation, particularly when you’re selling a complex product or service.

It seems like common sense, and once you try it, you start to think of new ways to demonstrate and impart the benefits you want your customer to understand. We do it ourselves. And we love doing it for our clients, such as Natural Stonescapes and RainKing.
